01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and f777f ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access to and use of the f777f online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://f777f.cam and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or placing any wager on the f777f platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

03Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the f777f platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction governing your access to the Service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or self-excluded through any responsible gambling mechanism, unless that exclusion period has formally concluded.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or close relative of any employee or contractor of f777f or any of its affiliated operators or software providers.

04Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the f777f platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether concurrently or sequentially to circumvent bonuses, limits or previous closures — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and any balances (real-money and bonus) being forfeited.

f777f may require the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid international passport. Clear scans of both sides of the CNIC are typically required.
• Proof of current residential address where applicable — for example, a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days, displaying your name and address.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that the identity document belongs to you.
• Verification of the payment method used to deposit, where required by AML procedures.

05Account Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users must at all times use the Service in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches or software vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether in live dealer games, poker or any other multi-player environment on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Sharing, selling or transferring Account credentials to any third party.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including to receive duplicate bonuses.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent dispute procedures to recover deposited funds that have been legitimately wagered.

f777f employs fraud detection and security monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to the appropriate authorities.

06Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent as displayed in the cashier. The minimum deposit amount, available payment methods and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the live cashier at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.

The cashier may reference familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as bank transfer options including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these providers in the cashier or on the Platform constitutes a functional reference only. f777f makes no representation that any of these providers endorse, support or affiliate with the Platform. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to the provider's own terms, applicable regulations and live cashier configuration at the time of the transaction.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the legal owner of the payment instrument used. f777f is obligated to apply AML monitoring to all deposit transactions and may request evidence of fund source where required by its compliance obligations.

f777f is not liable for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, network outages or factors outside the Platform's direct control. If a deposit does not reflect in your Account balance within a reasonable time, contact the support team with transaction reference details.

07Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders who have completed the KYC process. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that the User has previously used to deposit, or to methods approved through the KYC review process.
• The withdrawal method account must be registered in the same name as the f777f Account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before real-money winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal, subject to the specific bonus terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change.
• Processing times are indicative and depend on the chosen withdrawal method, KYC status and internal compliance review. f777f does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.

f777f reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may extend processing time. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.

08Bonuses and Promotional Terms

All bonuses, free spins, free bets and other promotional offers provided by f777f are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings generated from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated clearly in each offer's terms prior to activation.

While a bonus is active, Users may not place individual wagers exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the offer terms — typically in the range of PKR 500 per round or equivalent. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates of 10%–25%, or may not contribute at all. The contribution table for each bonus is provided in the respective offer terms.

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the point of activation, typically between 7 and 30 days. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

Certain bonuses impose a maximum cash-out limit on the winnings that may be withdrawn following completion of the wagering requirement. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the Account balance at the point of withdrawal request.

f777f actively monitors for promotional abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between users in connection with promotional offers. Evidence of abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

09Gaming Rules and Fair Play

f777f offers games supplied by third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, available within the game's help or information panel. The following general principles apply to all casino game activity on the Platform:

• All RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the respective game provider and disclosed within each game. f777f does not modify these values.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors or display failures — the hand, spin or bet outcome may be void. The Platform's transaction logs constitute the definitive record in the event of a dispute.
• f777f reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including those arising from clearly incorrect odds, pricing errors or software defects.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change.

10Sports Betting Terms

The following terms apply specifically to sports betting markets on the f777f platform, which covers Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, international football leagues, UFC and MMA events, and other markets as made available from time to time.

A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and the amount has been deducted from your Account balance. Do not assume a bet is accepted based solely on the pre-confirmation screen. f777f reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its reasonable discretion.

Odds may change between the time you select a market and the time your bet is submitted. In-play betting odds update in real time. You will be notified if the odds have changed materially before final bet confirmation.

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the event's market rules, bets placed on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available in the sports betting terms section of the Platform.

In-play betting markets close periodically during events. All live bets are subject to the Platform's in-play rules, which govern settlement in cases of disputed action, early withdrawal of markets and connection interruption during bet placement.

11Responsible Gambling

f777f is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means to generate income, address financial difficulties or substitute for professional financial advice.

• Deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits and session time limits may be set or adjusted by the User from the account dashboard at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are available on request through the support team and are enforced across the Platform. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• f777f reserves the right to impose account restrictions or close an Account where it reasonably suspects that a User may be gambling in a harmful manner, even in the absence of a formal self-exclusion request.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the f777f Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, game graphics, audiovisual content, text and structural design elements — is the property of f777f or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, republish or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f777f's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f777f shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Service due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outages or force majeure events.
• Errors in displayed odds, game results or account balances caused by third-party provider failures, subject to the Platform's correction and void procedures.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14Account Suspension and Termination

f777f reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where it reasonably determines that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is involved in suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
• A chargeback, payment dispute or reversal has been initiated in bad faith by the Account holder.

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding compliance review. Self-exclusion is handled separately under the Responsible Gambling framework.

15Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f777f is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

16Amendments to These Terms

f777f reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform's notification system and/or by email to the registered account address, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14 above.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions are available on request from the support team.
